Friendly and Timely check-in. Took me back in a timely manner. Staff in the back was very helpful. Procedure went as I was told from the staff.
Signing a consent form prior to getting INFORMED consent, (which means a Dr talking to you about risks and benefits and giving you an opportunity to ask questions), does not meet Joint Commission requirements for informed consent. The form should be signed in the back, after you talk to the Dr. - not before, while in the waiting room. Other than that, great experience (or as great as can be expected when having this procedure).
First time at this doctor's office, they did everything in their power to call me down Make me understand the procedure and what was going on and what would happen cuz I have high anxiety, they were great and patient with me. Now the next time I go I will not be so scared I know what to expect and I know I'm in good hands.TULJ 🙏
