My experience at this medical facility was significantly positive! I simply despise these kinds of procedures and do everything I can to avoid them, postpone them, and run from them. When finally cornered, I generally comply, though quite grudgingly! With this all in mind, all of these people went completely out of their way to make my visit as comfortable and tolerable as possible! They were quite successful and I have nothing but the highest praise for the entire team, other than the prep nurse. She hurt me when she placed the IV in my arm, and generally, though pleasantly, ignored the fact that I even had anything to say. She made it clear that she was in charge and I had nothing to say about anything. On the positive side, she was the only person I encountered during the entire visit who was even a little bit difficult, from the doctor to the paperwork people. Everyone else was simply wonderful, kind, caring, and considerate! I felt fully comfortable that everyone else had my best interests at heart and were all willing and anxious to make my visit the best it could be! I am especially pleased with the nurse anesthetist and Dr. Gary Rorak and the absolute professionalism and quality care they extended to me! I highly recommend them!!
Colonoscopies are certainly not everyone’s idea of a good time, but AEC made it as quick and easy as possible! Great staff, and a very efficient operation.
Very patient and wonderful bedside! For a type of service no one really looks forward to they are very professional and take care of you wonderfully!
Great team! Thank you Brooke, Justin and Dr Roark and to the front desk!
